STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION • CREATIVE CAMPAIGNS • DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT
Hi! I’m Lizzie
I’ve spent the last four years working in hospitality recruitment marketing. It’s fast, messy, and often underfunded, so you learn to think clearly and make things work without much fuss.
What I enjoy most isn’t just producing content. It’s figuring out what the actual problem is… Why isn’t this landing? What’s unclear? What does someone really need to hear to make a decision?
A simple idea can be strong, but expressing it well, in a way that feels ‘human’, is not so easy.
I’m now looking for a role where that kind of thinking is integral and doing work that has real-world value.
Featured Projects
positioning human expertise in a changing industry
In a people-led, people-facing business, in a time where AI is constantly evolving, it’s important to establish your expertise as undeniable, and irreplaceable.
Here’s how I did this in an experimental and entertaining way through video.
The Echo Project
A bold reimagining of a timeless brand.
Aligning Visual Identity with a Premium Brand
Off to Work’s Platinum service needed to better reflect its positioning as a premium, people-first hospitality offering.
The Challenge
The existing visuals didn’t fully communicate the level of professionalism and polish the service delivered in practice. We needed to elevate perception without losing authenticity.
My Approach
I led scripting, visual prep, and shoot planning for the relaunch. The focus was on clarity and credibility — avoiding over-styling, and instead highlighting real staff in real environments.
The shoot had to deliver a full set of launch assets in a single day, coordinating internal stakeholders and external creatives.
Outcome
Delivered a suite of brand photography, hero video, and supporting assets used across website, social, and client materials — helping align the visual identity with the service’s premium positioning.
